In the case of inclement weather, Ballet Royale will be closed for all classes and rehearsals if:
Ballet Royale also reserves the right to close for classes and rehearsals at the discretion of the Executive Director.
Students may make-up classes missed due to inclement weather (see policy below). No refunds or tuition credit will be given for classes missed due to inclement weather.
All inclement weather closings will be reported on the Ballet Royale voicemail. If you are hesitant as to whether classes are being held, please call Ballet Royale at (410) 997-8443.
Students who must miss class due to illness, injury, or other reason may make-up their class within a two-month period. Make-up classes can be scheduled through the front desk, and a student must make-up in a class at the same level as the original class. If a class of the same level does not fit your schedule, students must make-up in the level below their original level.
Students may also schedule make-up classes for the noted school closing dates in the calendar, as well as inclement weather closings. All other school closings are not eligible for make-up classes.
Students and parents are responsible for scheduling their own make-up classes. No refunds or tuition credit will be given for missed classes.
All tuition, registration fees, and performance fees are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Please be prompt in picking up students. $15 will be billed for every 15 minutes a students is left after their class time is finished.
