About Classic Ballet

Includes technique Taught by expert teachers who have achieved the American Ballet Theatre National Training Curriculum level Primary - Level 7.

Beginner Level is an introduction to the fundamental understanding of the five positions of the feet, arms and three basic body directions.

Intermediate Level expands somewhat to include amalgamated exercises both at the barre and in the center. Body direction is added.

Intermediate/Advanced Level develops a sense of dancer quality, placement and speed while constantly challenging the dancer to expand their technique.

All of the adult open classes emphasize the correct use of placement and technique. Corrections are given to the students both individually and as a group.

Clothing: Ladies Leotard, tights or warm ups or jazz pants.
